The data subject has the right to access data, rectify, delete or limit processing, the right to object, the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory body.

The Administrator reserves the right to process the User’s data after termination of the Agreement or withdrawal of consent only in the scope of seeking possible claims before the court, or if the national or EU regulations or international law oblige the Administrator to retain data.

The Administrator does not share personal data with other entities than those authorized under applicable law.

The Administrator has the right to share the User’s personal data and other data with the entities authorized under the applicable law (e.g. law enforcement authorities).

The personal data may be removed as a result of withdrawing a consent or filing a legally admissible objection to the processing of personal data.

The Administrator reserves the right to change this Policy by publishing a new version of the Policy on the Website.

Cookies

The website automatically collects information contained in cookies.

The data obtained from the “cookies” are in no way combined with personal data of users obtained, for example during registration on websites.

Cookies are not harmful to us nor our computers nor smartphones – they do not affect how they work. They do not cause any configuration changes in end devices or in the software installed on these devices;
